Refund policy

IN PERSON TRAINING:   

No refunds will be issued on non-refundable deposit. If you have chosen to pay the full amount up front and cancel your training prior to 2 weeks of your course date, the non-refundable deposit will not be issued, however the remaining paid tuition will be refunded. If two weeks notice has not been given to cancel your training then the full amount will be held.   

By purchasing any in-person training, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the sale and therefore responsible for choosing the correct product and reading the product details and T&C's before purchasing.

 

ONLINE TRAINING:   

No refunds will be issued for any online training.  

Pure Lash and Beauty does not issue refunds for any digital products such as online training and E-Books. By purchasing any online training, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the sale and therefore responsible for choosing the correct product and reading the product details and T&C's before purchasing. 

DISCOUNT CODES:  

If you have a discount code for any product or training, you are responsible to enter the code correctly. No refunds or credits will be issues for any discount code errors.
